Minsung Kim (Blog Lead)- Executive Management Trainee -

Minsung joined HSBC in July 2012 on the Executive Management Trainee program. He is currently on his 2nd placement, working as a corporate analyst in Home and Eastern Counties Corporate Banking Centre. Minsung was born in Seoul, South Korea but has lived the majority of his life in the UK. He graduated with BSc (Hons) Economics from the University of Warwick in 2012.
James Turley (External Comms) - Executive Management Trainee

James is a recent entrant on the Executive Management Trainee Programme, having joined the bank in September 2012 graduating from the University of Edinburgh. He currently works with one of the finest teams in the bank at St Ann's Retail branch in Manchester.
His interests include language acquisition , international experience as well as adventure travel, photography and writing. He was drawn to this year's Graduate Blog Team because of the chance to showcase the depth of which a Graduate career at HSBC entails, whilst exploring the power of communication through this modern medium.
Orestis Valentzas (Internal Comms) - Operational Leadership

Orestis is an Operational Leadership Management trainee who joined HSBC in September 2012. He is currently placed in London, working as an innovation analyst for the UK market. Orestis grew up in Greece but has spent parts of his life in the UK and the Netherlands. He holds an MSc International Management from the University of Bath.
Sean Mechie (Article Management) - Operational Leadership

Sean has recently joined the Operational Leadership graduate scheme, taking up a project management role within Information Security Risk in Sheffield. Sean graduated from the Univesity of Edinburgh where he studied Economics. A football fanatic he attends all of the Scotland national team's home games and avidly watches Arsenal - In Arsene We Trust!
Tom Wakefield (Article Management) - Executive Management Trainee

Tom joined the Executive Management Trainee programme in September 2012, after completing an internship within a HSBC Commercial Centre the year before. Currently coming to the end of his first placement in retail banking in London, he is soon to be moving on the North West Corporate Banking Centre for his second placement. Tom graduated from Nottingham University in July 2012 with a BA (Hons) degree in Economics and Philosophy.
